Settlements should grow & develop slowly not be forced into an area that is totally rural. These instant "towns" stick out like a sore thumbs

This is the wrong plan in the wrong place. It is forcing people who chose a rural life to accept living in an urban one, and if you decide to move you can't sell house as it is blighted for the next 30 years. not what we voted for at all.

The overall strategy and policy basis for Heathlands was established by the Local Plan Review which was adopted by the Council in March 2024, following a robust process of debate and scrutiny via an independent ‘Examination in Public’.

The total loss of hundreds of acres of prime farmland and thus food production when the country should be growing more not less.
Years and years of large vehicles pounding our country lanes and destroying verges while construction is going on - so say nothing of emissions
The very long time this is going to take to complete
The fact that you have totally ignored the latest poll taken in the area which proves that the residents of Lenham Heath and the surrounding countryside do not want this scheme to go ahead
