Start again and put some real substance in, this is yet another high level document with no defined policies.

Our response:

Objection noted.
The SPD contains a range of topics including (at 6.8) the approach to the proposed District Centre which must include a wide range of services, facilities and public spaces.
Officers consider it important for the SPD to set out this additional guidance to enable future planning applications to address the full range of issues.
