NHS Kent and Medway ICB agrees with the health facility principles set out but Interim health facilities should be available during the first phase at nil cost to NHS, and the delivery, size and specification of the facilities need to be agreed with NHS

The SPD takes forward the requirements of Policy LPRSP4(A) of the Local Plan Review which established the necessary scope of land uses and infrastructure.
The SPD set out principles and guidelines relating to 'Community Facilities and Social Infrastructure' (6.6) which sets out further guidance relating to the provision of a health facility. This includes at criterion (M) that health and wellbeing facilities should be provided to new residents and occupiers of the Garden Settlement within the Local Centre from the first phase.
