Westfield Sole Road - This road needs to be double lane from Walderslade Woods Roundabout.
Hempstead Road - This needs a width restriction on it, and a double road from the new estate main road to the Hempstead Valley Drive/Sharsted Way Roundabout so that the main route isnt used from the new estate via Hempstead Road and that people can get to Hempstead Valley and Gillingham via this route. (Potential re-open of Chapel Lane but link this to the roundabout for traffic flows.
Sharsted Way/Hoath Way Roundabout - Double Lane from the Sainsburys Garage for more flow to go Gillingham

The SPD sets out additional guidance on the approach to transport assessment and mitigation (Chapter 7.3).
The detailed design of transport mitigation measures including addressing off site impacts will need to be set out as part of the formulation and consideration of future planning applications.
