Q1: Do you agree with the principle of introducing additional planning guidance for the Lidsing Garden Settlement in the form of a Supplementary Planning Document?
Representation ID: 197
Received: 01/12/2025
Respondent: Mrs sue saunders
I wish to object to the plan ,have attended the presentation and met representatives on site equestrians have been excluded from the plan. The area has a large horse population including livery yards and private stable which bring a lot of money into the area .The increase in traffic on local roads is going to make it impossible for horse riders to use the lanes .
Behind the hedge path should have been included within the plan
Objection noted.
Officers agree that additional references should be added to the SPD at appropriate locations to recognise the use of certain routes by horse riders, with associated principles to protect and where possible enhance such movement.
