Issues not addressed:
Healthcare and the strain this development will put on Medway hospital. GP Fcilities. It is all very good building a GP surgery but there is a shortage of GPs.
Extra traffic and Routes to Maidstone From this proposed development the most direct way is via Boxley which is not suitable and currently suffers from traffic congestion
Flooding
Support for local people devastated by this development
Secondary school, where will it be? If children have to go to Maidstone? How will the extra traffic be mitigated?(see above comment)

The SPD takes forward the requirements of Policy LPRSP4(B) of the Local Plan Review which established the necessary scope of infrastructure, including the need for a new medical facility, a new primary school on site, and contributions towards improving secondary schools off site.
The SPD contains a range of topics including (at 6.11) the approach to the proposed Local Centre which must include a wide range of services and facilities including a medical facility.
Flood risk has been considered at Chapter 3.2 of the SPD, with principles to secure sustainable drainage set out at Chapter 6.10.

Your presentation makes it look like only the lidsing development is Taking place you have excluded The fact that the rest of capstone valley is being developed by Medway and only leaving the country park

The SPD sets out guidance and principles across a number of key themes and topics specific to the Lidsing site allocation. Chapter 3 sets out an understanding of the site and its direct environs, including at Figure 8 directly adjoining existing permitted schemes and para 6.5.6 clearly references the need for the site to respect its proximity to Medway and wider strategic growth in the Lidsing and Capstone area.
