We are inviting anyone wishing to promote land for inclusion within Maidstone’s New Local Plan to do so using this online platform, and to prepare their submissions at the earliest possible convenience.

We strongly encourage you to read the Guidance note for submissions as this contains important information about the Call for Sites process and making submissions. Guidance on responding to the questions is provided where necessary throughout the form.

The Call for Sites will initially run for 10 weeks:

Start: 15 June 2026
End: midnight, 23 August 2026
