New searchI find the whole spatial strategy to be floored and in the favour of parties that do not fit into communities and that do not want to intergrate with local communities
Accommodation needs in this area of Langley are not supported by local people and I do not believe that these needs are needed at all . The development of the area of Langley recently is overwhelming the over crowding the area to an extent that roads and infrastructure cannot cope . Why oh why are you not understanding that the area can no longer cope with anymore development .
The Brishings plot of land ref policy C4S (017) The Brishings is absolutely ridiculous for gypsy or showground people . There is only 10 residential houses in the lane and if you put 20 gypsy static vans on the plot it will dominate the local community. This is a ridiculous suggestion and should be refused straight away . The lane is 8ft wide and would not be able sustain traffic created by this suggestion. There is no local services and the infrastructure is totally inadequate. The Leeds road entrance into green lane is an accident hot spot and the lane is not wide enough for a dust cart let alone mobile homes / caravans . Someone needs to come and look at the detail in real time instead of looking on a computer screen to make decisions that are just not fit for purpose .
Very poor policy and no consideration for local people and infrastructure. The Brishings C4S(017) is completely unacceptable and will dominate the local community.the process needs to end now and this site needs to be removed . In the past planning for this field has been denied due to many negative reasons and needs to be denied immediately.
The Brishings Green lane site C4S(017) is absolutely appalling. The lane is 8ft wide and is not accessible for large vehicles let alone static caravans or showground Lorrieās they will simply not fit down the lane. The community in the lane consists of 10 properties and you are suggesting 20 plots . This legally is not aloud due to domination of culture and population . The area has no infrastructure- no local shops no businesses and no jobs .There are no places in the doctors and schools . Langley heath has been identified as a non sustainable village and area in the government local plan . So why on earth is this site even being considered. It is an outrage and should be removed immediately.
As I have previously mentioned . How may time ms and questions need to be answered to get the council plan is inept !!!!!
Rural exception sites especially the ref C4S(017) The Brishings Green lane is not in proportion and will be dominated . The scale of the prosed site is not in proportion to the local community of 10 residential houses opposite the proposed site . What are you thinking . Come and look at the site physically and not on a computer screen . This site is not on the edge of a community it is smack bang in the middle and will dominate the area. The Heath will be lost so no Langley Heath village any more !! Wake up councillors/ planners for this area .
I think I have said enough in the first eight comments !!!
As commented in the previous 8/9 . How many times do I need to repay it . The Brishings site C4S (017) is unacceptable and will not intergrate communities as it will dominate the area and the local community and we catagorically do not want this to be a site for consideration. Remove it !
