I agree with the broad principles of the Policy but with regard paragraph b) it needs to be made clear that no employment development will be permitted to be occupied until such time as the proposed 4th arm of the M2 junction 4 is complete and fully operational.

Objection noted.
The SPD takes forward the requirements of Policy LPRSP4(B) of the Local Plan Review which established the necessary scope of infrastructure, which confirms the spur being provided and the employment site commencing in phase 2 (2033-2038), but that also there may be an interim solution via the existing Maidstone Road bridge crossing to allow the employment development to commence early in this phase .
